Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the appointment with no charge.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before may include a small service fee.
- For renovation or larger projects, rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance to adjust planning and materials logistics.
- To reschedule, please call or WhatsApp our team in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes promptly.
Liability & Damage Policy
- For renovation projects, a detailed scope of work and site assessment will be provided in advance to ensure clarity.
- Fast Maintainers is not responsible for issues caused by pre-existing damage, faulty installations, or unauthorized repairs.
- Customers must check completed work before our technician leaves the site.
- Any service claim must be reported within 24 hours of job completion for review.
